Refund, Return and Cancellation policy

We are leading retailer having physical store from last 15 years of gifting products, now we have online store MeandMyGifts.com like our physical store we also follows a well-defined Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy in our web portal , to achieve optimum customer satisfaction.If our customer have any problem or unsatisfactory with the products they can be touch with us through phone (011-47340170) or email (complains@Meandmygifts.com) we will providing desired technical support or customer service. However, it might happen that the customer may still find the product unsatisfactory for any reasons, in such case we follow a return or a cancellation policy as mentioned below.

Cancellation:

1.       How to cancel an order: -- If you want to cancel the order that you have placed with meandmygifts.com, please do so within 12 hours. For cancelation please click this link

2.       Please note any cancellations are not possible after the item(s) in your order have been shipped

3.       The payment charged for any items which you cancel, shall be refunded into your payment account (card or net banking) as per the timelines required by the issuing bank

4.       If you have placed an order for sending a gift using recipient email address only (ie delivery address is not provided at the time of placing the order), it is possible that your order gets cancelled if recipient chooses not to respond, rejects the gift request, or their desired shipping address is not serviceable by us. In such case, full refund will be given to your payment account (card or netbanking) as per the timelines required by the issuing  bank

5.       Please note order of personalised products, flowers and cakes cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

 

Returns/Exchange Process

1.       If you have received the product, it will be eligible for refund only when there are defects in the product like product is broken, damage or it is deteriorate.

2.       Since we have borne the shipping charges already so any refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges, and in case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges again.

3.       In any case if you are not satisfied with the product and choose to return it to us, please ship it back to us. ensure that the original product tag and packaging remains intact when you return the product to us ,we will check the returned goods and process a refund or exchange thereafter

4.       When receiving the order, please check that the product is in a right condition as we are dealing with the gifts item generally made of glass and breakable material so we request you to check the products carefully see whether packaging has been tampered with before the delivery, please reject the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, contact customer care at 011-47340170 Our customer care executives will ensure that a brand new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost .

5. Our policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
